Refund Policy

Our Promise
If we cannot deliver your product, or it stops working within the warranty period, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement — your choice.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for: orders not delivered within 24 hours of payment, products that stop working within the warranty window, or products that materially differ from what was advertised.
Warranty Period
Each product includes a warranty for the full duration of the subscription you purchased. For example, a 12-month plan includes a 12-month warranty.
How to Request
Message us on Discord or Telegram with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 5 minutes and resolve refunds within 24 hours.
Replacement First
Where possible, we'll offer to replace your product before issuing a refund. Replacements are usually completed within minutes.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent to the wallet you paid from. Card refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
We cannot refund orders where: the issue is caused by a violation of the product's terms, you've shared credentials beyond agreed limits, or the warranty period has expired.
